Basic Information

Develop home care business and generate home care referrals and relationships with physicians, other related healthcare providers and the community at large. The Marketing Associate is the liaison between new, prospective and existing clients and the agency director. Excellent public relation skills and ability to market effectively with customers and referral sources

Customer/Clients served by Position

Prospective clients, their families and friends; current clients, their families and friends; local community and civic referral sources; medical and religious referral sources; community aging organizations; Seacrest at Home and Heritage Pointe at Home associates and staff; and others who contribute to the success of the agency’s Marketing program.

Outcome When Job is Done Well

The clients, their families, and potential clients will receive compassionate and professional care in the comfort of their home or community. The operation will flourish as proven by continued referrals and growth of the business. Client satisfaction surveys show an 80% approval rating.

Education Requirements

High School diploma, A.A. degree in Marketing, Business communications or related field. Experience may be substituted for professional degree.

Experience Requirements

Home Care marketing experience with minimum one (1) year proven experience in home care environment, or similar work experience
