Kelli Denton, R.N. 
 Director of Home Care

Kelli moved to Southern California from Western New York to launch Seacrest at Home in 2012, as the Director of Home Care. Kelli has 30+ years of nursing experience including oncology, infusion therapy, home health and home care. Kelli also enjoys gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.


Matthew Schiff, M.A./M.B.A.
Social Media and Community Marketer

Matthew has been in the marketing and PR business for almost 20 years and across a variety of industries. Focusing on social media and grassroots community marketing, Matthew is responsible for client and caregiver attraction as well as enhancing Seacrest at Home’s role in the homecare industry. When he’s not working, Matt enjoys baking bread at home and playing golf.

Michelle Taylor 
Concierge Care Manager

Michelle is in a new position as Concierge Care Manager. She recently moved from Connecticut with her husband and two children. Previously, Michelle worked for 10 years with The Agency on Aging as intake manager for the Connecticut Homecare Program for Elders and Disabled.

Michelle enjoys family time, going to the beach and hiking, as well as anything that involves the outdoors.


Kelly Gaglione, R.N. 
 Community Nurse Liason

Kelly joined the Seacrest at Home team in June 2016 as our Community Nurse Liaison. She had previously worked at Seacrest Village for 9 years as the Director of Nursing for Goldberg Health Care, a skilled nursing unit. Kelly has 45+ years of experience working with seniors.


Martin Perez,  C.N.A., R.N.A.
Home Care Coordinator

Martin was initially hired by Seacrest Village as a CNA for the Skilled Nursing Unit in March of 2011. In January 2013, Martin transitioned to the role of Home Care Coordinator for Seacrest at Home, responsible for matching and coordinating client and Caregiver schedules. An integral part of the Seacrest at Home team, in his off time Martin enjoys working on his car.
